Somewhere between Banff and Canmore, we disturbed this grizzly bear which was frolicking in the spring sun after a long hibernation. Fortunately, he did not attack the intruders.
I happened across your blog today and enjoyed the photos and commentary. Thank you for posting such wonderful shots. The wildlife and scenery near the city is particularly delightful. We're in Dallas, Texas where it is a clean city, but not nearly as picturesque.
What's with all the fires?
I don't blog, but the animals in our household do. Sometimes I can't believe I say that out loud (or even worse in "print").
